Simplexiti was founded by Sachin Agrawal after working for over 20 years in various industries and deploying business improvement / customer satisfaction programs at greenfield sites. Sachin strongly believes in not only improving the processes but also improving the capabilities of the organisation.

In our approach, we not only help the organisations in solving their problems, but we also ensure that they have a critical mass of employees trained and experienced in taking the customer experience and business improvement program to the next level.

Unlike some consultants, whose key objective is to prolong the engagement with the client, we look at how soon we can make an organisation independent in carrying out business transformation program. Very early on in our engagement, we work with our customers to identify the key talent who has capability and interest in process improvement programs, and then enable them in delivering business outcomes using our unique employee development program.
